**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with the concerned reporting managers to understand the skill requirements and creating a clear recruitment strategy to identify and recruit the right talent.
- Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy
- Sourcing and building relationships with external job channels that may help us with our hiring needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3- 4 years IT or Tech recruitment experience
- Must have good understanding of all technologies and technical skills,Preferably who have worked for Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, Software Tester,Product Manager, Product Designer roles etc.
- Proficiency in handling recruitment databases,
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in bulk hiring.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Time management and listening skills.
- Experience working with MS Office or Google Suite.
