We have three programs, “EL Create” (music), “EL Play” (football) and “EL Build” (Lego). They are designed to equip children from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds with critical life skills to become “leaders”.

**About the Role**

Welcome to the EL Fellowship, a unique 2-year program designed for passionate individuals interested in developing leadership potential of self and others. This fellowship aims to empower young professionals with the skills, experiences, and perspectives needed to make a lasting impact on the lives of 15-18 year old students. The program aims to work with Alumni of our core 6 year program, to ready the children from the ‘school to work’ journey through development in entrepreneurship skills, digital literacy, financial literacy and project management skills. developmentA unique opportunity that combines exposure to grassroot urban and rural education landscape, providing an enriching experience.

The Fellowship PAs will report to the program manager. S/he will be guided and mentored by their Program Manager through the year.

**Fellowship PAs Responsibilities**

- Conduct sessions for a minimum of 3 bathes (Max 4 batches)
- Conduct 3 hrs of sessions per week for each batch with around 25-30 children in each batch
- Conduct periodic assessment based on program needs
- Develops high impact relationship with students, school staff & parents
- Provide end to end support to students in the execution of their ‘Student -Led community projects’

- Attends all training and development sessions, whether in-person or online.
- Completes all self-learning modules and prework of all training sessions
- Attends all 1-1 mentoring sessions

- Conduct periodic home visits to the students home
- Conduct a project of choice in the year 2 of the fellowship
- Fills the monitoring form after each session
- Help operations team with one-off administrative tasks
- Help extended city teams to plan and execute events effectively
- Be part of exposure visits with children

**What You Must Have (Minimum Requirements)**
- A Graduation degree or complete graduation by May 2024
- Commitment to the program full time for 2 years
- Commitment to moving to a tier 2/tier 3 city for one year (out of two) during the fellowship
- Basic knowledge, skills and/or experience in one of the following areas: football or other sports, music or Arts/design/engineering/Do-it-Yourself activities
- An interest in working with children will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
