Amc Supervisor- Fire

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DONT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

- Diploma/B.Tech in fire and Safety
- Must be a sound knowledge of drawings of hydrant system and FAS system.
- Knowledge of Fire equipment, pump room and pump operations.
- Planning of AMC site visits/ training the fire team.
- To attend the complaint of installed system as per schedule given & provide corrective & preventive action accordingly.
- Ensure daily WhatsApp reporting of technicians
- Submit AMC technician’ expenses report to corporate office timely.
- Collect AMC service report from technicians & maintain file (bank wise) & also share this with corporate office.
- Schedules install labor to meet customer deadlines and contact customers to verify installation dates.
- To give timely information to your seniors regarding any other customer requirement or AMC renewal/any new information.
- To take care of the break down call & with the satisfaction of customers.
- Develops, prepares and administers contracts.
- Estimates maintenance projects and complex renovation projects.
- Organizes leads and controls contractors to maintain satisfactory facility operations.
- Evaluates contract bids and makes recommendations.
- Assists in the coordination of maintenance contractors, vendors, and in-house personnel on special or assigned projects.
- To maintain the good attitude with customers as well as colleagues as per corporate discipline so that we can maintain the company’s good will.
- Co-ordinating with clients and follow up for meetings

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
