- **Details Job Profile**:_
- Preparation of basic engineering package (BEP) and carrying out detailed engineering.
- Vendor Management including review of vendor’s documents, drawings, data sheets and calculations.
- Mapping of the products, selection of equipment.
- Validation of new processes by closely working with R&D / Production and other cross - functional teams by following good manufacturing and engineering practices.
- Capacity enhancement, improvement of existing processes, batch-cycle time reduction, waste minimization and solvent recovery.
- Water reduction by recycling to achieve the ZLD.
- Introduction of new technologies in consonance with latest best manufacturing practices in the industry. Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Perform process simulations.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions/manual.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
