**Responsibilities**:

- Design captivating and visually appealing thumbnails for YouTube videos.
- Incorporate and animate characters and elements into thumbnails, following specific themes or concepts provided.
- Utilize expertise in 2D and 3D animation to bring thumbnails to life, adding depth and interest.
- Work closely with the content team to understand video themes and create thumbnails that accurately represent the content while maximizing click-through rates.
- Ensure all thumbnails are designed in alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all content.
- Experiment with colour schemes, typography, and layouts to create standout designs.
- Provide multiple thumbnail options for each video, as required, to facilitate A/B testing and optimize viewer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in thumbnail design, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and effective designs.
- Expertise in 2D and 3D animation, with a strong understanding of animation principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe animation software and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to interpret concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
