We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Food Technologist with expertise in cloud kitchen operations, food science, frozen and dehydration processes, and export norms for the food industry. As a Food Technologist with a focus on export compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of our food products for international markets.

**Responsibilities**:
Cloud Kitchen Operations:

- Design and optimize cloud kitchen processes to ensure efficient and seamless food production, taking into account the unique requirements of delivery-based operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and transportation in a cloud kitchen environment.
- Implement best practices to maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in line with industry standards.

Food Product Development:

- Utilize your food science knowledge to research, develop, and create new food products suitable for both domestic and international markets.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality tests to ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Ensure that product formulations and processing techniques are tailored to meet export regulations and customer preferences.

Frozen and Dehydration Expertise:

- Implement freezing and dehydration processes to preserve the quality and shelf life of food products for export.
- Optimize freezing and dehydration techniques to maintain the nutritional value and sensory characteristics of frozen and dehydrated foods.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium-quality frozen and dehydrated ingredients for export-oriented products.

Export Compliance:

- Stay updated on international food export regulations, including labeling requirements, packaging standards, and import restrictions in target countries.
- Ensure that all export-bound food products comply with the relevant regulatory requirements and documentation is complete.
- Collaborate with the export team to address any compliance issues and facilitate smooth export operations.

Quality Assurance and Food Safety:

- Monitor and maintain strict quality control throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to international food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Implement HACCP principles and other relevant quality assurance protocols in the cloud kitchen.

Research and Innovation:

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in cloud kitchen technology, food processing techniques, and export regulations.
- Introduce innovative methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of export-oriented food products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Food Technologist with a focus on cloud kitchen operations, frozen food, dehydration, and export compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international food export regulations, labeling requirements, and packaging standards.
- Experience in recipe development, sensory evaluation, and product optimization for international markets.
- Proficiency in using food processing equipment and technology related to cloud kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for food and a keen interest in the latest food industry trends and innovations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
