Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Primary School Teacher** to join our team in a 6 acre eco-friendly quaint campus situated at Kunnumpuram, Vilappil. We aim to encourage children to develop an awareness of their own unique skills so that they leave as young adults with a strong sense of self, a belief in their abilities and a mutual respect for each other’s qualities and the world around them.

As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

- **Post Graduation** in any discipline from a recognized university with **B.Ed**
- **Skills **_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Skills
- **Work Experience **_
- 2 years (preferred)
- **Responsibilities **_
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
