**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Perform all follow up for outbound calls
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Handle both inbound/outbound calls
- Interacting with existing and prospective clients to keep them informed
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures
- Strong client focus including pre and post sales

**Qualifications**
- Must be graduate in any stream
- 1-2 years real estate sales experience
- Excellent sales and marketing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
