Customer satisfactionAssisting with customer complaints, coordinating factory assistance, and preparing monthly reports on customer satisfaction
- Vehicle deliveryEnsuring that new vehicles are properly prepared for delivery and that customers are informed about their warranty and maintenance schedules
- Customer follow-upCoordinating customer follow-up programs and working with salespeople to ensure that customers are contacted within 48 hours of delivery
- Service appointmentsScheduling and confirming service appointments for new customers
- Customer communicationWorking with salespeople to ensure that customers are contacted after the sale and that customer files are updated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
