**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to generate sales
- Generate Proposal / Quotations
- Follow-up Leads & maintain proper records for leads generated / tele-calling / other activities
- Prepare and present reports on the numbers, learnings and monthly/weekly progress
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/Freight forwarding company/logistics
- Must be well versed with MS-Office (Specially Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint), Social Media
- Must have ability to organize and manage prospects / leads database
- Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned
- Go-getter, disciplined and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromise on quality of delivery
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
