**Job Title: Hairdresser**

**Location**: Katargam Surat

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling for both boys and girls, catering to various hair types and preferences.
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences, offering recommendations as needed.
- Perform hair washing, conditioning, and treatments to ensure healthy and vibrant hair.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and styles for both children and adults.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist with salon tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and promoting salon services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in cutting and styling hair for boys and girls.
- Relevant certification or license (as required by local regulations).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a high-traffic salon environment.
- Additional training or specialization in children’s haircuts or styling.
- Ability to offer additional services such as coloring, perms, or special occasion styling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 1 year (required)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (required)
- Hair Cutting: 1 year (required)
