Designation - QA - TPI and Customer Complaints
CTC - 6.00 LPA
Location - Naigaon
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Qualification - Graduate
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
1. To handle the customer complaint effectively
2. Ensure to response the customer on-time
3. Analysis of defect on occurence and detection path
4. Prepare Initial & final Analysis report & share to sales /CCM.
5. Prepare & conduct Remote Analysis and site analyis at customer end.
6. Close complaint in system and monitor.
7.Overall responsible for the third-party inspection (TPI)
8. TPI completion as per Plan & approved QAP
9. Able to prepare quality assurance plan for final inspection / third-party inspection
10. Able to review technical tender documents
11. Shall have good experience of measurement system / inspection
12. Good co-ordination within team and with external parties.
- Shall analyze the customer complaint
- Prepare monthly MIS report
- Maintain & update all documents & records as per QMS & Customer requirements
- Ensure TPI / Customer audits / Certifications without any non-conformance.
- Co-ordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely execution of CAPA.
- Shall have Good Verbal / Written communication skill.
- Shall participate in Kaizens and innovations at the workplace.
- Should have good analytical skill to do root cause analysis
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
