**Job Description** Mandatory Skills**
- Overall,12+ years of experienced, SAP Security Expert with expertise in implementing and managing SAP security solutions specifically tailored for the Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security solutions for SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, Fiori, GRC, IDM, IAG, IAS, IPS and BTP landscapes.
- Develop and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations based on business requirements and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP GRC project implementations, ability to conduct workshops, manage and plan for UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover and Hyper care activities
- Conduct user training and awareness programs to promote security best practices and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in SAP security and proactively assess their applicability to enhance the security posture of IAS, IPS, and BTP environments.
- Provide guidance and support to internal audit teams and external auditors during SAP security assessments and compliance audits.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party security tools and technologies to augment SAP security capabilities as needed.
- Perform risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies to enhance the overall security posture of SAP systems.
- Monitor SAP security logs, user activities, and system configurations to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Support/consulting in the area of XAMS (Xiting Authorization Management Suite).
- Consultancy for backend developments and reports.
- Advice on the design and implementation of training measures, Project marketing and Communication measures
- SAP Security certifications will have added advantage.

**Soft skills**:

- Communication and Presentation skills to play customer facing roles.
- Strong communication skills to lead and drive topics independently.
- Flexible to adapt with the Project schedules and demands.
- German Language skills can be an added advantage.

**Qualifications**
BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc (IT)
