- Make calls, follow-ups & ownership.
- Always maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes.
- Respond to Student’s enquiries proactively.
- Provide product and information to students.
- Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Female preferred.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good knowledge on courses like IELTS / PTE.
- Average knowledge of excel.
- Good confident and convincing power.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
