Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic team. As an ENT Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive ENT care to patients of all ages and managing both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose and evaluate ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and ear surgeries.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing ENT procedures.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Keep abreast of advancements in ENT treatments, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, conferences, and research activities.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Post-graduate degree (MD/DNB) in Otorhinolaryngology.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India.
- Proven experience as an ENT Surgeon, preferably with a minimum of 0-2 years of clinical practice.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Expertise in performing various ENT surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
