Title: IT Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented individual who excels at generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals in the digital marketing sphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify leads: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, assess their needs, and qualify them as viable prospects.
- Conduct meetings and presentations: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with prospective clients to present our offerings, discuss their marketing needs, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Consultative selling: Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored recommendations and solutions that address their specific needs.
- Negotiation and closing: Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, ultimately closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Relationship management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and continuously seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-centric mindset: Passion for understanding clients' needs and providing solutions that drive results and exceed expectations.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as CRM software, to manage leads, track sales activities, and streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree: Preferably in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
