**About the Role**:

- Handle **flight reservations and ticketing** for customers from the USA, Germany, Spain, and the UK markets.
- Utilize **Amadeus**, **Sabre**, or other GDS systems to manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications to reservations.
- Provide accurate and timely information on available flight options, pricing, and airline policies based on the customer’s travel needs.
- Address complex itinerary bookings, multi-city travel arrangements, and group bookings efficiently.
- Assist customers in selecting the best travel options, including airlines, classes of service, and special requests like meal preferences or extra baggage.
- Stay updated on **country-specific visa regulations**, travel advisories, and entry/exit requirements for the USA, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
- Process payments securely, and manage refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling in accordance with airline rules and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ticketing and after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date on **market trends**, special offers, airline promotions, and travel policies relevant to these specific markets.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies while providing travel solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in reservations and ticketing**, with a focus on the USA, Germany, Spain, and UK markets.
- Proficiency in using **Amadeus**, **Sabre**, or other GDS platforms.
- Strong understanding of **international travel regulations** and airline ticketing rules specific to these regions.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills in German or Spanish will be an advantage).
- Experience handling customer service inquiries related to international travel bookings.
- Ability to manage complex travel itineraries and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
- Certifications in **Amadeus**, **Sabre**, or similar GDS systems are a plus.
