Faculty - Graphics

As a Graphic Design Faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of design by delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our graphic design programs. You will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation of designers while contributing to the advancement of the field through your teaching, research, and creative work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and teach courses in graphic design at various levels, covering topics such as typography, layout design, branding, digital illustration, and design theory.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to explore their creativity, develop their technical skills, and push the boundaries of design.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their projects, helping them to refine their ideas, develop their design solutions, and achieve their learning objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and integrate relevant topics and tools into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to continuously improve the quality of the graphic design programs and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Engage in scholarly activities, research projects, and professional development opportunities to enhance your own expertise and contribute to the advancement of the field.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and other institutional initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and technical skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge in Photography is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity within the classroom and the broader academic community.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
