**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive in the Non IT Staffing Industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients for non-IT staffing services, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's staffing services to potential clients. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets, with experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Familiarity with the non-IT staffing industry, with a strong understanding of staffing services and recruitment processes
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential clients in the staffing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,143.31 - ₹52,738.55 per month
