Public Speaker

**Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Compelling Speeches**: Prepare and deliver persuasive and engaging speeches on a variety of topics, tailored to the audience and occasion.
- **Research and Content Development**: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to develop insightful and informative content for speeches and presentations.
- **Engage with Audiences**: Foster meaningful connections with audience members through effective storytelling, audience interaction, and active engagement.
- **Represent the Organization**: Serve as a representative of the organization at public events, conferences, and media appearances, projecting a positive and professional image.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative ideas for speeches, presentations, and other public engagements.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay informed about current events, trends, and developments related to assigned topics to ensure relevance and accuracy in presentations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek feedback and actively work on improving presentation skills, incorporating new techniques and strategies for enhanced effectiveness.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to various locations for speaking engagements.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English/Hindi languages may be advantageous but is not required.
