Legal Executive

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Reviewing and editing legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducting legal research as needed to support the legal team in preparing documents and advising the company on legal matters.
- Assisting with the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and other parties.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date files and records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Providing support to the legal team as needed, including assisting with legal documentation for projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations and updating documents accordingly.
- Assisting with other legal projects and tasks as assigned by the legal team or management.
- Drafting and preparing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence, both in traditional formats and for online use.
- Creating and maintaining templates for online legal documents to streamline the document preparation process and ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Developing online forms and contracts for electronic signature platforms, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign, to facilitate the digital signing process.
- Ensuring that all online legal documents comply with relevant electronic signature laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with IT and software development teams to integrate online legal document solutions into company systems and platforms.
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of online legal documents to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Providing guidance and training to staff members on the proper use and implementation of online legal documents and electronic signature platforms.
- Monitoring and maintaining the security and integrity of online legal documents, including implementing encryption and access controls as needed.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of online legal document management systems to improve document organization, retrieval, and version control.
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online legal document management and electronic signatures, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of legal principles and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
