Conficio Studio is working on various challenging,
intricate and micro & macro design projects. Due to
increased workload we are seeking to recruit an
Architect to join our dynamic team.
You will have a chance to work on a variety of projects
and be involved in every step of designing to
execution. You will assist and take active part in
business development process and producing project
deliverables for clients and various agencies.

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a focused, career driven and
**QUALIFIED ARCHITECT** with active COA registration and
a job running experience of about 3 years. Master’s
degree is not essential but will be considered
beneficial. This will be a fantastic opportunity to
be a part of major infrastructure projects from
inception to handover and work in a truly
multidisciplinary design environment.

**You Will:
- Be a critical part of Architectural Team in

delivering design projects
- Deliver projects from conceptualisation to

completion, leading and working within a team to
achieve the broadest project objectives.
- Deliver multi-discipline design on projects through

all stages of execution
- Technical knowledge for implementation of design

solutions using, computer aided software,
production package and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, bye laws
- Effective communication skills are key.

**Typical Weekly work will Include:
- Work along with the Principle Architect with

furnishing designs, drawings, details, renders and
important information as and when asked for.
- Have strong technical background in detailed design

and delivery of multidiscipline projects.
- Work on and produce detail drawings, presentation

drawings, construction drawings and related
documents for effective on site/ off-site
communication with clients as well as other
technical agencies.
- Familiarisation and implementation of office

protocols and quality assurance.
- Co-Ordination between different disciplines and

agencies, maintain good understanding for effective
project delivery.
- Staying up-to-date about latest trends, construction

techniques, materials and technological advancements
in the industry.
- Additional responsibilities on account of COVID-19:

- Keeping Principle Architect Updated about the work

progress. (Commencement and Conclusion of working
hours, Pre & Post Lunch.)
- Maintaining a work-Log Book to be shared every

weekend with the Principle Architect
- Staying available online, and in reach for when

and if immediate contact is required by the team.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree from a COA recognised
- institution- Competent user of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup 3D, Adobe

Suite, Microsoft Office suite and other computer
aided design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving, technical realisation and time

management skills
