**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students from Class 1 to 12, in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters students' interest in English language and literature.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and educational resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, tests, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support the overall development and well-being of students and contribute to the school's academic programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of English language teaching, educational trends, and best practices, and incorporate relevant innovations into teaching practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English literature, education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching English language and literature to students from Class 1 to 12, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and personal development of students.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities that promote active learning and student engagement.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professional conduct and ethics, and willingness to actively contribute to the school community.
