**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the company.
- Support in the preparation and filing of various statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and maintenance of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate and organize board and committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Assist in conducting corporate governance assessments and implementing best practices.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on company secretarial matters.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate governance documentation.
- Support in the implementation of corporate restructuring and compliance initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Semi Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or Freshers with a degree or qualification in Company Secretaryship.
- Sound knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
