- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of inventory management

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and motivate a team of cafe staff, including baristas and servers.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in budget creation and manage expenses to meet financial goals.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets the cafe's standards.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and increase customer engagement.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the cafe.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
