The Business Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target Advisor Recruitment Recruitment of Advisor Training of Advisor Target Achievement Drive sales and achieve goal sheet targets.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS QUALITATIVE QUANTITATIVE: Achieving sales targets. Recruitment of Advisor (Create 1 MDRT Advisor) Activisation of Advisor (20% Activisation) Generate revenues as per Goal Sheet Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Target.

Experience-- 1 year in real estate, 1 year experience in sales.
