We are recruiting for a Jira and Atlassian Administrator to join our global team. The goal of an Jira and Atlassian Administrator at Wisk is to enhance how JIRA and Confluenced are used across the organization. You will be part of the IT Team team that provides value and supports the business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain MACOM Atlassian tools ( JSM, Confluence, Jira) and associated plugins
- Install, upgrade, validate & patch Atlassian toolset
- Evaluate, install, and maintain plugins
- Maintaining JSM, Confluence, and JIRA databases
- User and group project management
- Subject Management Expert (SME) to provide recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system security
- Update and/or managing workflows, fields, automation, permission schemas, filters, notifications, dashboards, and subscriptions
- New Project creation will include
- Working with requesting teams to define requirements and feasibility of design
- Creating workflows, fields, automation, filters, notifications, dashboards, and schema
- Permission schema configuration
- Participating in user acceptance testing
- Facilitate project cleanup and Go Live cutover
- Providing training to users.

**Job Qualifications**:

- 4+ years Atlassian Jira Service Management, Confluence, and JIRA experience with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline
- Strong experience working with Atlassian data center and cloud versions of JSM and Confluence
- Strong experience with Atlassian relational databases
- Working knowledge and working experience of RedHat/CentOS and Active Directory/LDAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in teams reaching high levels of productivity
