**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- **Organizing office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.**:

- **Performing clerical duties, maintain files and organize documents; photocopy, scan etc. as needed.**:

- **Writing complaints, sending its memorial timely and monitoring it in all the possible ways.**:

- **Preparing letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.**:

- **Lodging complaint to Complaint Monitoring System and posting its updates on CMS.**:

- **Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.**:

- **Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.**:

- **Serving as the Receptionist for the Office, greeting visitors and members.**:

- **Resolving office related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues.**:

- **Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.**:

- **Giving all possible cooperation to the Senior Officials in discharging his/her the daily tasks.**:

- **Conducting training to new members and correspondents by making videos or by other means and by making all other necessary arrangements for this.**:

- **Publishing banners, posters, work details and related documents to social media platforms.**:

- **Finding and subscribing at least 10 Complainants every month through social media platforms or any other means.**:

- **Performing all other necessary related works as per the instructions.**

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- **Proven work experience as an Office Assistant/Executive.**:

- **Prior experience handling office responsibilities or related field.**:

- **Typing speed should be minimum 60 WPM with 90% accuracy.**:

- **Highly motivated and ability to prioritize efficiently.**:

- **Proficiency knowledge of speaking and writing in Hindi and English.**:

- **Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).**:

- **High level verbal and written communications skills.**:

- **Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence.**:

- **Exceptional, active social media presence and familiarity with mobile technology.**:

- **Pleasant, friendly disposition and strong interpersonal communication skills.**:
