**Job Title: Rubber Technologist**

**Responsibilities**:
**Rubber Compound Development**: Develop and optimize rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

**Quality Control**: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the consistency and performance of rubber compounds.

**Process Optimization**: Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.

**Research and Development**: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct research, and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and sales, to address customer requirements and improve product offerings.

**Testing and Analysis**: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of rubber compounds, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to production teams.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of formulation recipes, test results, and any relevant data to ensure traceability and quality control.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of rubber compounding principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

**Experience**:Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internships or academic projects related to rubber technology will be considered an advantage.
