**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
- Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality
- Conduct daily team huddles
- Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback
- Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team
- Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to improve performance.
- Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches.
- Conduct documented one-on-one sessions on individual performance trends.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive team's performance.
- Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Drives OT whenever required

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Takes ownership of problems and anticipates issues by taking proactive action
- Ability to resolve complex service inquiries.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- People Management and Team Player
- Basic knowledge of MS - Office
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in BPO’s (preferably in background screening industry)
