**This position will**
**conduct the employability skill training for the desired outcome (enhancement in employability and placement). This role will also be responsible to organizing and delivering the life skills and digital skills course for making the students industry ready by providing individual feedback and mentorship with the help of the internal and external stakeholders**

**Key Responsibilities***:
- Coordinating with Program Managers, college management and the faculties in scheduling the program activities
- Building and maintaining a good rapport with the participants, faculties and all the other stakeholders
- Conduct learning based fun activities and games to make the learning joyful
- Creating training plans and frameworks for upcoming training programs
- Sending daily, weekly, monthly reports to the respective reporting manager
**Skills & Experience***:
- Any Post-Graduation preferred
- Passionate about skilling youth
- Minimum (4-5 years) & Max (10 years) of experience and profound knowledge in Soft Skills Training
- Ability to train fellows through activity-based and experiential learning methods
- Should be able to deliver digital content using technology (LMS and zoom)
- Should be able to handle maximum of 5 to 6 sessions a day
- Should be able to draw attention and engage with batch of 100 students anytime
- Should be open to work in flexible hours including weekends
- Commendable hold on English & Hindi language and communication
- Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions
- Deep commitment towards training and self-up gradation
- Good interpersonal skills, basic computing skills and classroom management skills
- Open to travel
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience in developing Training Manuals & defining process requirements
