**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans during medical appointments.
- Input information into electronic medical records (EMRs) in real-time to ensure complete and timely documentation.
- Accompany healthcare professionals during patient encounters to facilitate documentation and communication.
- Record vital signs, chief complaints, and other relevant information as directed by the provider.
- Familiarize yourself with medical terminology, abbreviations, and documentation standards to improve transcription accuracy.
- Assist in optimizing workflow processes to enhance efficiency in the clinical setting.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Pharm/BDS/BAMS/BUMS is required
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,856.12 - ₹66,394.98 per month

Schedule:
