**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Field Marketing**:Execute field marketing activities to promote our products/services, including conducting market research, identifying target demographics, and organizing promotional events.

**2. Core Sales**: Drive sales by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**3. Project Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

**4. Follow-up**:Take ownership of leads generated by the team and follow up diligently to convert prospects into customers. Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure effective follow-up strategies.

**5. Employee Coordination**:Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback to drive performance and productivity.

**6. Task Completion**: Monitor progress and performance of team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards. Take proactive measures to address any challenges or bottlenecks that may arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: ₹6,555.00 - ₹24,999.00 per month
