Placement Assistant

Position Overview: The Neotia University seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Assistant between age bracket of **21-28 yrs** with 2-4 years of experience in MIS (Management Information Systems) and data management to join our university's Placement Office. As a Placement Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' career development by managing placement-related data, coordinating with employers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.

Education: Bachelor's degree / Graduate

Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing MIS systems and data related to student placements,.

Data Proficiency: Proficient in working with spreadsheets and databases. Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools are essential for this role.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diamond Harbour, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
