**/ Role**Responsibilities**
- Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards to increase partner profitability and earning capacity.
- Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy.
- Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.
- Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market - Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
- Maintaining the high active percentage of partners.
- Controlling attrition of partners.
- Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same.

**Salary Package**: 2 LPA to 5 LPA**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably in insurance, broking, Banks & NBFC in Personal Loan, Credit cards sales companies, Asset Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with cross-functional teams and management.
- Good communication skills, Critical Thinking, Analytical, problem solving.
