1. **Creating and Maintaining BIM Models**:

- Your primary responsibility is to **develop detailed 3D models** of plumbing and fire fighting components and systems within a building.
- These models must accurately represent the **design intent** and adhere to project specifications.
- Proficiency in specialized BIM software is essential for creating and modifying these models.
- A strong understanding of building systems and construction materials ensures the accuracy and completeness of the model.

2. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that the BIM model aligns with the overall design.
- Coordinating with other disciplines (such as structural, electrical, and mechanical) is crucial to ensure a **coordinated and accurate model**.
- You’ll perform **clash detection** and resolve any clashes within the model.

3. **Standards and Training**:

- As a BIM modeler, you’ll **maintain BIM standards** within the organization.
- You may also be involved in **training and mentoring junior BIM staff** to enhance their skills.

4. **Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in BIM Software**: Mastery of software tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM platforms.

- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy and completeness in the BIM models.

5. **Education Qualification**:

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
