**Position Summary**:
As an Entry-Level Marketing Executive specializing in Outreach and Advocacy, you will play a crucial role in promoting Springer Nature's tools, products, and platform in the Indian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Developing unique and attractive content to promote Springer Nature products/services.
2. Writing, reviewing, and editing creative copy.
3. Create and edit videos, posts, and other multimedia content such as reels, stories, etc.
4. Ensure all the content aligns with the brand name, style, and messaging guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to remain competitive.
7. Manage content distribution across various digital channels, including social media, E-mail marketing, Blogs, and third-party platforms.
8. Ensure content is accessible and follows best practices for web accessibility.
9. Generate regular reports to measure the success of content marketing efforts (as required).
10. Work closely with the internal teams to create impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support outreach efforts.
11. Provide regular reports on outreach and advocacy campaign performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital media, Graphic design, or a related field.
2. Proficient in using cameras and other photography/videography equipment and post-production experience.
3. Proficient in graphic design software (Eg. Adobe creative suite) for creating engaging visuals.
4. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective features.
5. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation.
6. Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and visually appealing content.
7. Willingness to travel for events and conferences as needed.
