Medical Transcriptionist

IQ CTS Academy is organizing a mega job drive for Medical Transcriptionists at our Trivandrum office. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for healthcare documentation and excellent communication skills to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transcribe medical reports dictated by healthcare professionals accurately and efficiently.
- Interpret and transcribe medical terminology and abbreviations.
- Review and edit transcribed reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify dictation and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain organized records of transcribed reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills.
- Prior training or experience in medical transcription or medical scribing preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, abbreviations, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
