Assistant (Faculty Coordinator)

**Responsibilities**:
Performing general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Assisting various Faculty members & Staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining Time tables & calendars.
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Assisting in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Providing general administrative support to staff as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
