**Job Summary**
Key Responsibilities
- **Supervise Dining Operations**: Manage daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- **Guest Experience**: Greet and seat guests, addressing any special needs or requests. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- **Staff Management**: Lead and supervise waitstaff, providing guidance and support. Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
- **Order Taking and Service**: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards. Address any issues promptly.
- **Inventory and Supplies**: Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that the dining area complies with health and safety regulations.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle guest complaints and issues with tact and professionalism.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and communication.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a canteen / cloud kitchen / restaurant
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software(Petpooja / IDS) is an advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
