Equity Anlayst

We are seeking a skilled Merchant Banker to join our team, focusing on initial public
offerings (IPOs), equity offerings, SEBI and stock exchange compliance, right issues,
developing and executing strategies for various capital market transactions, managing client
relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for various capital market transactions, including
IPOs, equity offerings, right issues, demergers, debt & PE advisory, SEBI and stock
exchange compliance
- Identify potential clients and initiate discussions with them
- Conduct due diligence on potential clients and assist them in preparing for the
transaction
- Work closely with clients' management teams, legal counsels, and auditors to ensure
successful transaction execution
- Draft offering documents and ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI and stock
exchange guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and regulators
- Monitor market trends and provide timely advice to clients
- Provide support to senior management on various projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on IPOs, equity
offerings, right issues, demergers, and debt & PE advisory
- Strong knowledge of SEBI and stock exchange guidelines and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,012,572.39 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
