JD: Sales Coordinator

Company Profile:
As a Sales Coordinator at Indigital Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of our sales processes. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to collaborate across teams will contribute to our overall sales success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining accurate customer and sales data in the company's CRM system.

2. Handling paperwork, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.

3. Working closely with sales managers and representatives to achieve sales goals.

4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand and document existing sales processes.

5. Ensure that sales team members adhere to established processes and guidelines

6. Monitor and track the progress of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within our CRM system

7. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

8. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product

9. Keeping the Client database maintained and updated

10. Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.

11. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information

Skills Set:
1) Basic Excel Knowledge

2) Professional Mail Drafting

3) Coordination and Communication Skills

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary : As per company standards

Timings: 9am - 6 pm Monday - Friday
