We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Trainer to join our team. As a Hospitality Trainer for the Front Office Department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help students gain knowledge and skills in front office operations, customer service, and management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs on front office management, including customer service, reservations, billing and payment, and management of guest complaints and requests.
- Develop course materials such as lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front office operations and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Manage classroom logistics such as attendance, grading, and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in front office operations, customer service, and management in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in delivering hospitality training programs to students or professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hospitality software and technology such as property management systems, guest feedback platforms, and online reservation systems.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
