We are looking for an Electromechanical Quality Inspector that has these qualifications: 8 or more years of industry experience, certification(s), and the ability to perform inspections to acceptable industry standards.

Level II Inspectors can read and interpret standard manufacturing drawings based on industry and commodity standards. Note: Mechanical inspectors at this level are capable of validating dimensions (total tolerances >/=.005” with Minimal GD&T validation) utilizing standard hand tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gages).

Mechanical - Mechanical/ tolerances to.005 - Minimal GD&T

Composites - Visual/ Mechanical/ Paperwork

Electronics - Industry certification including:

- Electro-Mechanical
- Cables and Harnesses
- PCB
- PCBA
- Active/Passive components

Castings - Industry experience

NDT - Have Technical Qualification Test including:

- Liquid Penetrant (PT)
- Mag Particle (MP)
- Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

CMM - Able to review program and verify probing strategies utilized

PCMM - Able to identify and correct improper probing strategies utilized
