Backend Executive

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Backend Executive for our reputable student visa consultancy firm. As a Backend Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the backend processes that support our client-facing services. Your responsibilities will include managing data, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining the integrity of our systems to facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Handle the organization, storage, and retrieval of client data and documents.
- Maintain a systematic and secure database of client information.
- **Process Coordination**:

- Collaborate with front-end teams, such as Country Counselors and Academic Advisors, to streamline information flow and ensure seamless backend support.
- **Communication Liaison**:

- Serve as a communication liaison between front-end and backend teams to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
- Respond promptly to queries and requests from internal stakeholders.
- **Document Verification**:

- Maintain a record of verified documents for reference and auditing purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
