**Role & responsibilities**:
**Office Maintenance**:

- Keep the office premises clean and organized, including desks, floors, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Ensure all office equipment and furniture are in good condition.

**Mail and Courier Handling**:

- Receive and deliver mail, parcels, and documents within and outside the office. Assist with packing and dispatching courier packages.

**Refreshments Management**:

- Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in an orderly manner.

**Document Handling**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as directed by office staff.
- Ensure proper organization and timely retrieval of documents.

**Support Services**:

- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or other items as requested.

**Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to hygiene standards while cleaning and handling refreshments.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the admin or supervisor.

**General Assistance**:

- Support staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as lifting or moving office items.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and restock office supplies such as stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry items.
