**L2 Development-MAC/PDCP/RLC**

5+ year experience of C/C++ programming in design and development of communication protocols.
5+ years of relevant experience is needed in the 5G/LTE- Layer 2-MAC/PDCP/RLC software development
Strong Design and Debugging skills are required
Ability to work as an Individual contributor
Good communication skills.
Potential to ramp up fast (if a person has good relevant experience, he would be able to ram up faster).

**5G Physical Layer Development - L1 5G - gNodeB RAN Side**
Must Have: Very good understanding of Cellular Wireless Technology Area with focus on Physical Layer / Layer 1 design and development
Must Have: At least 2 year experience in Physical Layer Development for 4G, 5G Technology areas
Must Have: Very good understanding of 3GPP specifications (36.2xx, 38.2xx series), Transmit and Receive Chains, Channel Coding, and Physical Layer procedures
Good understanding of HW and SW Architecture, Real-time schedulers, SoC Processors including Optimization for Memory and Cycles
Excellent Programming skill in C/C++ on Windows / Linux platform and Debugging Experience
Familiarity in troubleshooting issues reported from different Test phases and analyzing logs for identifying issue. Usage of JTAG, Lauterbach etc for debugging issues on target

Position: LTE SW Development Engineer/s Layer 3 RRC
Job Location: Bangalore
Mandatory Skills:
 Good Knowledge of LTE RRC Specification 36.331.
 Working development experience in LTE RRC module either in UE side or in Network side.
 Debugging functional and performance issues in Control plane modules
 Proven software development experience in protocol layers ½/3/4 of at least one wireless telecoms standard namely 2/3/4G
 Good understanding of 3GPP specifications.
 Experience in embedded software development.
 Good analytical and debugging skills.
 Design/Development of stack on RTOS based platforms.
 C and/or C++ programming experience.
 Good team player
