**About Company**:
**Core Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- **Accounting Duties**:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and Accounts related
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and procurement tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
