Mis Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Management Information System (MIS). This role involves data management, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making processes. The MIS Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to develop reports that provide insights into business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from various sources. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making. Create dashboards and visualizations to represent data effectively.
- Oversee the functionality and performance of the MIS. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with different departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes used in the MIS.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Protect sensitive information and maintain data confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within [industry].
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), database management systems (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and business intelligence.
- Certification in data analysis or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
