Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the on-trade channel.
- Ensure compliance of sales, price management, promotion, and merchandising.
- Focus on driving sales in Hardware, Paints, Cement Sanitary channels.
- Implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard.
- Manage and improve performance of assigned trade accounts.

Distribution
- Achieve distribution objectives for specific SKUs as per sales plan.
- Maintain a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products.
- Implement target price levels for both trade and consumers.

Promotions
- Identify target outlets and negotiate promotional activities.
- Provide feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management review.

Control
- Recommend appropriate credit levels and duration to trade accounts.
- Proactively manage receivables to achieve collection targets.

Trade Relationships
- Develop and maintain amiable win-win relationships with Distributors, Sub Distributors, PoS.

Sales Management
- Achieve monthly sales target volume.
- Increase point of sales (PoS).
- Provide timely and accurate information for updating

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/MBA (Sales Marketing) with 4+ years of sales experience in Electrical or lights companies, Building materials such as CC, Paint, Cement, etc.
- Experience in Construction Chemicals preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
- Possess analytical and logical thinking.
- Disciplined approach to management.
- Computer skills - MS Office, CRM.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets within tight deadlines.
- Strong team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Qualifications / Experience:

- Education: Graduate/MBA (Sales Marketing) with minimum 4+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Knowledge of Sales Marketing mainly in Paints or adhesives or similar industries retail channel is a must.

- Self-starter with strong hands-on approach.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Marketing sense: adequate marketing demand analysis, business model, marketing activities.
